Getting Started is Easy: Our Process

Free Discovery Lesson

Ages 6-13: Beginner Piano, Guitar, & singing

A fun 30-45 minute introductory lesson where families experience Arrow's caring teachers and group classes. They will:

  • Learn their first song and first music concepts 

  • Play a music game to help the concepts stick 

  • Experience what lessons feel like in our fun, caring, encouraging environment

Ages 6-9: Beginner Piano or singing

An engaging 8-lesson beginner music program that builds confidence, teaches core skills, and culminates in a fun, low-pressure concert, preparing students to continue seamlessly into the Arrow Pathway.

Arrow Launch

Ages 10-13: Beginner Piano, guitar & SINGING

A focused 8-lesson accelerated program for older beginners that moves quickly while keeping learning fun.

Students build strong foundations, collaborate with peers, celebrate their progress in a concert, and are prepared to continue along the Arrow Pathway.

Arrow Ascent

Beginner → Advanced musician

The Arrow Pathway is the heart of our program - an accredited, level-based system guiding students from beginner skills to advanced high school musicianship.

Through collaborative learning and signature performances each year, students grow steadily in a supportive community built for real family life.

Prerequisite:

Arrow Launch or Arrow Ascent (or equivalent).

Transfer students welcome—we’ll place your child in the right level.

    For families who love learning in a shared studio environment.

    Students meet weekly in small groups (2–7 students), building skill and connection in a lively, structured classroom setting.

  • Milestones & Advanced Study

    As students complete elementary and upper levels within the Arrow Pathway, they celebrate milestone graduations that mark their progress through our program tiers. Students who complete these levels may continue into the Arrow Advanced Studio, a flexible program designed for deeper study, meaningful performance, and leadership within our studio community. The journey does not end at a level graduation. It continues to grow with them.

Flex & Float Creative Sessions

Flex & Float lessons guide students to “Flex” their curiosity and explore individual musical passions beyond their weekly group class. Each year, students receive four individual 30-minute, self-scheduled one-on-one lessons to stretch creativity, build new skills, or dive deeper into something they love.

Students can use their Flex & Float lessons for:

  • Songwriting

  • Learning a favorite song

  • Exploring voice or another instrument

  • Creative projects

  • Or joining a creative mini-camp experience to learn something new alongside friends

Included for School Year and October Start students.
Available as an add-on any time of the year.

Arrow Launch & Ascent Programs

Open to Beginner Students Ages 6 - 9 & 10 - 13

Get started in music this summer with Arrow Launch or Arrow Ascent, our 8-lesson introductory programs, meeting twice each week during the summer.

Ascent and Launch Programs Include:

  • 8 lessons (meeting Mondays and Thursdays each week)

  • Piano or guitar options

  • Clear weekly goals and practice support

  • A celebratory student concert

  • Opportunity continue for the remaining 12 lessons, completing their full first level of curriculum

Accelerated Pathway Progress - All Levels

Open to All Students Ages 6 - 17

Students can complete a full Pathway level in 20 summer lessons, including beginners opting to continue lessons after the initial 8. Classes meet twice per week through June through August, and entering the new school year already positioned for their next level.

Creative Summer Camps

Piano Explorers: A parent-and-child music experience

Open to All Students Ages 4 - 5

Explore the joy of music together! In this 90-minute experience, children and parents discover the piano through movement, rhythm games, puppets, storytelling, and playful hands-on activities in a warm, encouraging environment.

Designed especially for young learners, Piano Explorers builds confidence and listening skills, while introducing the keyboard in fun, memorable ways. Plus each child will create a simple craft to take home.

No experience needed. Parents attend the full session with their child.

Stage Stars Singing Camp

Open to All Students Ages 6 - 11

Students learn new and popular songs, incorporate movement, and build confidence through collaborative group singing.

Ukulele Jam Camp 

Open to All Students Ages 7 - 11

A beginner-friendly introduction to ukulele where students learn chords, play popular songs, and develop ensemble skills.
